Visual authenticity: Minimalist design
A newcomer agency, our task is to show our clients that we understand their pains and can deliver gains, i.e. suggest the solutions that can further the impact of our clients’ communications.
We wanted to go beyond the well-known cozy look of standard agency websites that seem to suggest that their clients need to be entertained to understand what they do. Because likely, you -our potential client- are well-advanced in your journey and are seeking informative content that answers questions.
Hence, we chose a no-frills minimalist design for this website. Minimalism has emerged as a trend for modern design thinking that centers on authenticity. Thus, we encourage the use of minimalist design, wherever possible, as it helps visitors focus on what they came for: information.
Design has a purpose. In communications, it is used to trigger interest, or to emphasize the characteristics of your brand and your products. Beautiful, daring, or minimal, it can increase the impact of your messaging. That is if you can create a design that supports your message.
You would always choose a captive design for your ads and social posts that direct customers to your website. And the look & feel of your website should always support the beauty or utility of your products.
But while some consumers may like an exciting, motivating, or comforting design, others prefer straight-to-the-point. Our advice: choose a design that underlines your messaging, displays your character, and supports your SEO in the best possible manner.
